The shipments are dispatched from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DELIVERY TIME:<br \/>\n<\/strong>To reduce the delivery time, the shipments are all made by \u201c Express delivery service.\u201d<br \/>\nThanks to the tracking number sent by email, the buyer will be able to track its order at any time.<\/p>\n<p>For any questions, don\u2019t hesitate to contact us by email at <a href=\"mailto:verbreuil@verbreuil.com\">verbreuil@verbreuil.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DELIVERY FEES:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The delivery fees* are offered for any orders above \u20ac 1200.<br \/>\nOtherwise, a delivery fee for processing, packaging, and delivery will be charged.<\/p>\n<p><em>*\u00a0please note\u00a0that local taxes will be may\u00a0apply<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABSENCE OF WITHDRAWAL:<br \/>\n<\/strong>In the case of a non-withdrawal of an order at the place of residence, or at the chosen pick up point, within the time allowed by the transport company (usually 10 days), the expedition charges will be at the expense of the buyer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DELIVERED COUNTRIES:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Unfortunately, due to customs formalities in specific countries, the delivery to certain destinations cannot be made. Enclosed the list of delivered countries:<br \/>\nArgentina, \u00a0Brazil, EEC, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Japan , Singapore, USA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RETURNS &amp; EXCHANGES FROM FRANCE METROPOLITAN AND THE REST OF THE WORLD:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The buyer shall have a 14 days period to return its package to get a refund, or to exchange it. Returning fees of the item is the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n<p>The product has to be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
